/SELECTED PROJECTS
For over 44 years we've developed our expertise in designing and producing pneumatic products, advertising items, and specialist technical structures. We combine experience, a modern machine park, and engineering know-how, letting us deliver both single prototypes and large-scale series production.
We deliver projects for clients in advertising, events, industry, sport, and the military, providing solutions tailored to specific technical requirements.
From pontoons and sailing buoys to advertising balloons, event structures, and industrial solutions. We design, prototype, and manufacture in Poland.

Our production capabilities cover the entire process — from concept and technical design, through prototyping, to series production and quality control.

One of the key technologies used at WATS is high-frequency (HF) welding. This method creates a permanent bond between thermoplastic materials while keeping high strength and full seam tightness.
HF technology lets us make products that need to withstand mechanical loads, water, UV radiation, and heavy use.
Why do we use HF welding?
This technology is used, among others, in the production of pontoons, sailing buoys, pneumatic structures, advertising balloons, paintball figures, and specialist industrial products.
Choosing the right material is key to a product's durability and functionality. Depending on its intended use, we work with different types of technical materials.
PVC
A material with high resistance to weather conditions, UV radiation, and mechanical damage.
TPU
A modern material offering high flexibility, abrasion resistance, and excellent mechanical properties.
Technical fabrics
Used wherever strength and safety of use are critical.
Specialist materials
Selected individually to match a specific project's requirements and the product's operating environment.

Over the years we've developed a process that lets us successfully deliver even the most demanding projects.

1. Consultation and needs analysis
We learn the project's goals, technical requirements, and the client's business objectives.

2. Concept development
We prepare a proposed solution and initial technical assumptions.

3. Technical design
We create documentation and 3D models to prepare the product precisely.

4. Prototype
We build the first version of the product and run the necessary tests.

5. Production
Once the design is approved, we begin full production.

6. Quality control
Every product goes through multi-stage quality verification.
7. Completion
Finished products are delivered to the client on the agreed schedule.
